Sound test
Earn a medal on all levels in a world to unlock a sound test option for that particular world. This can be
done for all ten worlds. The requirements to earn a medal for all normal stages appear before game play begins
in each world. To earn a Boss medal, you must defeat it without losing a life. After earning a medal, the music
can be heard by going into the "Bonus" menu.
