sii" file. Scroll down to find the "money_account:" line, followed by the amount of money you have in the game
from your last save point. You can edit this to any value desired to have that much money in your bank account.

No police

Change the value of the following line:

You will no longer be fined, and there will be no cars in the emergency lane.
