In the game's directory you'll find a file called
"Config.ini". If you add three lines at the bottom of this file and then save it, type this in:
Scarab=999
Delta=999
Palermo=999
Harakhy=999
Rekhmire=999
Sirius=999
Orion=999
VIZIER=999
PORPHYR=999
POLERMO=999
This will make all the weapons take off a total of 999hp.
The enemy's weapons will still be weak as they were.
