From the options screen press [ESC] to pull up the config menu. Now type PHONEBOOK and press [ESC] again.
Pressing [0] - on the top numeral keys takes you to the next stage.
Pressing [1] - skips straight to the bonus level.
Pressing [3] - gives you the bonus stages and holding [CTRL] gives you a super jump
