  Ok, ever had a time where you were approaching that wild 15x15 buck 
  and you step wrong and he takes off well here's how you fix it. When 
  you're within 20 yards of a game animal if you turn to your side and 
  push down L1 and walk to the side you can actually touch the buck and 
  get a clean shot from less than a yard!

Start a game and choose the equipment you like. I prefer a .280 rifle 
and one of the nice walnut stock rifles. the bullet at the top of your 
screen points to a deer. usually it is far away, so walk head on towards 
the deer. You will see a purple arrow on your compass. this tells you 
where the wind is blowing. if it is blowing towards where the bullet 
indicates the deer is, put on a cover scent. if it is blowing  away from  
the deer you can use an attractant scent. while following the deer, hit 
[]  and look ahead through your binoculars. when u see the deer 
immediately turn left or right judging on the terrain u are on. if the 
deer is on a hill go down, if it is in a valley, get on a hill. hit R3 
and creep up or down a hill until your are somewhat to the side of the 
deer. if the shot is angled to the deer use your .280 rifle. but if your 
direct on to the side go ahead and use that walnut stocked beauty. aim 2 
inch above the front shoulder for a chest shot. if u are angled form the 
back of the deer aim right for the middle of the deer for a  critical 
hit. if u are angled from the front of the deer aim for the middle of 
the front chest. good luck and have fun

How to scope 
Animals when your not supposed to use one.

When your season goal is to shoot an animal without a scope you can take 
your binoculars and center the animal. then without moving the anolog 
stick pull your gun up and fire. You should have a hit every time.
