Weapons

Accumulate the indicated number of Hunters Points in African Safari mode to unlock the corresponding weapon:

.44 custom handgun: 5,000 points

12 gauge custom shotgun: 12,000 points

.410 over under custom shotgun: 15,000 points

.300 custom rifle: 19,000 points

.505 custom rifle: 25,000 points

.243 custom rifle: 32,000 points

.416 custom rifle: 40,000 points

Animal awareness

When hunting, animals appear as dots (red, yellow, or green). Around the dot is a white circle, which is the
animal's awareness. To make the circle smaller you must crouch, and while crouching move forward slowly. Stop
regularly to let the circle go down faster. If you make any sudden movements, walk in water or other noisy
terrain, or stand up, the awareness circle will rapidly grow larger. It is important to watch the awareness
circle because the animal you are hunting may run away if its a zebra, kudu, etc; or it may run toward you and
attack if it is a cheetah, rhino, wild dog, etc.

Animal dots

To determine if a dot is the animal you are hunting or a dangerous predator you need to know what each color
represents. A green dot signifies the animal(s) you are currently hunting. A yellow dot signifies that the
animal is harmless but not you current target/game. A red dot signifies that the animal is dangerous and will
come toward you and attack if you step inside their awareness circle.

Achievements

Accomplish the indicated achievement to get the corresponding number of Gamerscore points:

Safari Hunter Learning (10 points): Complete all the tutorial lessons. 

First Blood (10 points): Hunt your first game animal in the Safari Hunt mode. 

Hunter Super Sense (15 points): Take two game kills in the same use of Hunter Sense ability, except in Wing
and Herd missions. 

Super Adrenaline (15 points): Complete a mission using only Adrenaline mode to hunt. 

Fast and Perfect (20 points): Take a perfect shot in less than 1 minute of playing. 

Super Long Shot (20 points): Take a Trophy from over 150 yards. 

All Game modes Unlocked (20 points): Unlock all game modes from the Main Menu. 

.44 Custom Handgun Unlocked (30 points): Unlock the .44 Custom Handgun. 

.243 Custom Firearm Unlocked (30 points): Unlock the .243 Custom Firearm. 

.300 Custom Firearm Unlocked (30 points): Unlock the .300 Custom Firearm.

Turtle Dove Perfect Wing (40 points): Take 5 Turtle Doves in Safari Hunt without missing a shot. 

Egyptian Goose Perfect Wing (40 points): Take 5 Egyptian Geese in Safari Hunt without missing a shot. 

Spur Winged Goose Perfect Wing (40 points): Take 5 Spur Winged Geese in Safari Hunt without missing a shot. 

Red Billed Teal Perfect Wing (40 points): Take 5 Red Billed Teals in Safari Hunt without missing a shot. 

Yellow Billed Duck Perfect Wing (40 points): Take 5 Yellow Billed Ducks in Safari Hunt without missing a shot.


Rock Pigeon Perfect Wing (40 points): Take 5 Rock Pigeons in Safari Hunt without missing a shot. 

Dangerous Seven (40 points): Complete the Dangerous Seven mode. 

Leopard Expert Trophy (45 points): Take down the Leopard Trophy in Safari Hunt on Expert mode. 

Black Rhino Expert Trophy (45 points): Take down the Black Rhino Trophy in Safari Hunt on Expert mode. 

Cape Buffalo Expert Trophy (45 points): Take down three Cape Buffalo Trophies in Safari Hunt on Expert mode. 

Lion Expert Trophy (45 points): Take down two Lion Trophies in Safari Hunt on Expert mode. 

Elephant Expert Trophy (45 points): Take down the Elephant Trophy in Safari Hunt on Expert mode. 

Hippo Expert Trophy (45 points): Take down the Hippopotamus Trophy in Safari Hunt on Expert mode. 

Crocodile Expert Trophy (45 points): Take down the Crocodile Trophy in Safari Hunt on Expert mode. 

Ambient Guardian (45 points): Finish the Safari Hunt without being penalized.
